A. All Sales Are Final
- General Rule: Due to the nature of cosmetic and wellness products, all sales are considered final. We do not process returns or refunds for products that have been used or opened unless the product is damaged or defective.
B. Reporting Damage, Defect, or Allergy
- Reporting Time: You have fifteen (15) business days from the date of product delivery to report any damage, defect, irregularity (missing, excess, wrong product), or allergic reaction.
- Allergy/Discomfort Claims: If a refund is sought due to product discomfort or allergy, the customer must provide the following evidence:
- Proof of any pre-existing health condition.
- Medical proof or photograph of the allergy/reaction.
- A detailed, chronological written explanation of the reaction and the effect after discontinuing product use.
- A written statement detailing the reason for the refund (signed by the customer/distributor).
C. Return & Refund Process (Referencing CREO)
- Initiation: All claims for refund or exchange must be initiated by contacting OMNILIFE’s official Customer Response Center (CREO) at 1 (833) 604-0638 or via email at creousa@omnilife.com.
- Evidence Required: The customer must provide the order number and photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.
- Defective Products: Products determined to be defective may be eligible for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price, processed through the original method of payment within 10 days of cancellation.
- Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to an incorrect dispatch, quality, damage, or defect, the cost of return shipping will be covered by OMNILIFE. (This contradicts your previous information, so you must use this official Omnilife rule.)
5. ⚖️ Legal Jurisdiction
You must include the final section on dispute resolution to protect yourself.
- Governing Law: This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this policy, product purchase, or website use must be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas County, Texas, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Both parties expressly waive the right to file lawsuits in ordinary courts.
